Kai Winn gets unknowingly involved with Gul Dukat, disguised as a Bajoran. Tensions are further escalated between Weyoun and Gul Damar as the Dominion gather to sign a peace treaty with the Breen, including certain concessions of unknown territories by the Cardassians.
